Northampton Road Drainage Works February 2022

 

Ringway are the Service Providers working on behalf of Milton Keynes Council who will be carrying out drainage works on Northampton Road Junction of New Row, Lavendon Village 

 

Work is expected to start at the earliest date of 23/02/22 and should be completed within 6 – 8 weeks weather permitting. All the work will be carried out under traffic lights which will be on 24 hours a day while work is carried out due to open trench excavation. 

 

 

 

We will endeavour to maintain access to adjoining properties while work is carried out at all times. 

Access for emergency vehicles will always be maintained, traffic management operatives will assist and advise those requiring access. 

As with any construction project there will be a degree of noise. Every possible measure at our disposal is used to reduce noise levels. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience you may experience because of these works and thank you for your patience whilst we improve your roads. 

 

 

Please make sure that you move any vehicles out of the works area before the works starts. We would ask that deliveries scheduled to arrive within the works times are re-scheduled where possible. 

To maintain safety when accessing your property in the closure, you are requested to approach the works with caution at low speed and follow any instructions given by the site operatives. 

 

• This work is weather dependent and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should there be any changes to the proposed start date, duration or working hours; residents. 

 

• Neither Milton Keynes Council nor their contractors will approach you offering to carry out works to your property. Any cold calling of this nature by people claiming to represent Milton Keynes Council or Ringway should be reported to our-selves.
