Waste and Environment Customer Satisfaction Survey

Milton Keynes Council and its waste partner Serco are asking residents who have used services recently in the borough to take part in our online quarterly customer satisfaction survey. 

 

The survey goes live on Monday 21 June and ends on Friday 29. It gives residents a chance to have their say on what we are doing well and to help us shape future improvements to our waste and recycling and street cleansing services along with the maintenance and upkeep of our parks, open spaces and play areas.
