Operating Model
● Driver Operations: For the first period of service, two drivers will drive two shifts per day,
the first from 6am-4pm and then second from 4-8pm. For the second, a single driver in a
single shift will be sufficient.
● Fleet Operations: We will use the existing fleet from the MK Connect service for this
shuttle.
